Use the Culture Deck to set the values for your team

Lay the red value cards out and have your team/group decide which values are the most important for them moving forward.
A lot of discussion and compromise will happen during this and may some arguments. Try to limit the values your group chooses to no more than 3/4.
Take the time to allow the group members to talk about why certain values are important and why they should be included in the list.
At the end of your session evaluate how well your group stuck to the values and if those values should be included for your next session.
