Have your group stand in a circle and have each one of your teammates select an affirmation card that when the "I" is replaced with "You" would describe the person to their left. One at a time have each member of your team tell the affirmation to their teammate out loud so the rest of the team can hear and give an example of how they demonstrate that affirmation. Ex. Use the "Mistakes Don't Define Me" card and say "Mistakes Don't Define You" and explain why.

Use one of the green challenge cards to set the theme for your session. Challenge your team to live this challenge for the rest of the day or until your next session.

Use the green cards to ask questions and get your team to evaluate how they are trying to improve, impact others and make each other better. There lead to some very in-depth conversations and revelations.

Lay the pink cards out and have each member of your team/group select an affirmation that resounds with them the most. Have them reflect, say it out loud to themselves and then out to each other. Then have them say it 3-5 times loader and loader to the point of saying it outloud with confidence.

Start with the values that your team/group feels is important to their success, then have your team/group select the affirmation that would relate to that value and then follow it with a challenge question that lead to the value. “The Flywheel” of a successful culture.
