Use the Pink Affirmation Cards to build confidence
Lay the pink cards out and have each member of your team/group select an affirmation that resounds with them the most. Have them reflect, say it out loud to themselves and then out to each other. Then have them say it 3-5 times loader and loader to the point of saying it outloud with confidence.
